Terms and Conditions

Thank you very much for your registration. Please read this document carefully to be informed of the terms and conditions regarding your registration.

About the course

• We follow the Adult Learning Cycle and our methods are highly participatory, stimulating you to take active part in the learning process. While we are devoted to enable your learning, we like you as a professional to take responsibility for the change you like to see.
• The duration of the course is indicated in the course schedule. The courses run from 9.00 am until 5.00 pm.
• The group size varies from 10 – 20 participants. Usually participants from different cultural backgrounds join our courses; this will enable exchange of learning and sharing of experiences.

Payment

Your registration will be followed by an invoice for the course fee. We should receive the payment latest by the 31st August 2015 (3 weeks before the course).

Cancellation

• R&R Associates Consulting reserves the right to withhold a fee for administrative and other costs for cancellations made prior to the start of a course. If you cancel three to four weeks prior to the start of a course, you will be liable for 50%of the total course fee.
• Cancellations within two weeks of the start of a course will be liable for up to 90% of the total course fee.  In both cases, a suitable replacement may attend the course without extra charge.
• In the unlikely event that too few participants are registered for this course R&R Associates Consulting may decide to postpone the dates.  At all times, your learning opportunity is considered as ‘highest priority’, and we will offer you an alternative time (new dates) to meet your needs.

Accommodation and Local Travel Arrangement

Your hotel accommodation, airport transfers and local travel arrangements within Sri Lanka related to the training will be arranged by us once we receive the payment for the course fee. In order to facilitate these logistic arrangements please send us a scanned copy of your passport along with your airline ticket booking latest by the 31st of August.
Accommodation is provided on single room occupancy and includes all three meals for the duration of the training.
