By implementing changes within the organisation (strategy, structure, systems) to maximize the learning identified and recorded through your monitoring and evaluation systems, organisations can start to build robust learning and reporting mechanisms to cater towards accountability reporting requirements of most donors, governments and other stakeholders. This course will take you through a step-by-step process to identify the key organisational reform areas that needs to be resourced (re-design of systems, training and recruitments of staff) in order to achieve your objectives.
