Learn how to transform your organisation to be able to report on accountability towards your donors and target groups. By implementing changes within the organisation (strategy, structure, systems) to maximize the learning identified and recorded through your monitoring and evaluation systems, organisations can start to build robust learning and reporting mechanisms to cater towards accountability reporting requirements of most donors, governments and other stakeholders. This course will take you through a step-by-step process to identify the key organisational reform areas that needs to be resourced (re-design of systems, training and recruitments of staff) in order to achieve your objectives.

Day 2– Developing a monitoring system for your project- Developing your evaluation plan and system- Understanding the cost of MEL & AR- Implications on overhead costs by doing MEL & AR
Day 3– Aligning all your programme/project logframes to facilitate MEL & AR- Setting appropriate indicators to track and manage MEL & AR- Aligning budgets- Aligning your internal systems and processes
Day 4– Training and motivating your staff to facilitate MEL & AR- Developing your own road map/poster/plan to implement MEL & AR in your organisation- Personal action plan- Certificate and Closure
