The Aim of the course

The overall aim of this course is to enable participants to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes which will enable them to transform themselves from workers to the first line of management. Participants will; gain insight and skills of basic management concepts and work on improving their skills on teamwork and decision making.

Objectives

The overall objective of the course is: o To move participants from a worker mind set to a management mind set o demonstrate personal development through an understanding of the concept and application of basic management principles o begin the process of developing as a manager of people within their organizations.

Course Duration

7 Days off site residential from 9 AM to 17.30 PM Each day consists of four sessions. Working language: English / Sinhala / Tamil
